They're cool. I didn't go to the owner (like I booked) due to them asking if I wanted to come in earlier the day of my appointment. I didn't get what I quite wanted, but after speaking with the owner, she was willing to fix it the next day. My now husband told me to keep the one's I already got done, so I did and didn't go back to get them changed. All in all, it was fine, and I'd go back again.
